一、ZF-5型手提式紫外分析儀概述：

    ZF-5型手提式紫外分析儀是上海金鵬科技有限公司研制紫外儀器系列之一，可發(fā)出短波、中波、長波紫外線和可見光四種波長的光輻射。四用紫外分析儀ZF-4型發(fā)出的紫外線強(qiáng)度高，穩(wěn)定性好，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子生物學(xué)，化學(xué)鑒定等。

    1、在生物化學(xué)中，可對DNA、RNA電泳凝膠樣品進(jìn)行觀察分析，檢測蛋白質(zhì)、核甘酸等。

    2、在工業(yè)中，可用來檢查激素生物堿、維生素等能產(chǎn)生螢光的藥品質(zhì)量，特別適宜作薄層分析，紙層分析和檢測。

    3、在化工、染料工業(yè)中、可鑒別不同種類的原油和橡膠制品，測定各種螢光材料、螢光指示劑、添加劑等。

    ZF-5型手提式紫外分析儀操作使用注意事項：

    ①紫外濾色片不能和金屬物體碰擦，不能受力，表面應(yīng)保持干燥清潔，每次使用完畢要用干凈紗布擦凈。

    ②操作人員使用時，應(yīng)將紫外線對準(zhǔn)樣品照射，并避免紫外線照射到人體。
